Propane Tank Tweak (for Propane Station)

Description
Tiny mod.
Makes that Propane Tank won't disappear on deplete.
I wrote this as addon to Propane Station Test (for 40.x) until author integrates this feature.
Also compatible with 41.x, 42.x, etc

Latest build makes the Propane tank disappear when it hits 0%.
