Sword of Khaine No Map and Battle Effects

Description
Per request this is a simple mod that removes the large, swirling Sword of Khaine effect on the character that wields it. This is for the Campaign map and the battle effect as well. This has minimal testing due to time constraints/lack of effort, so if anything explodes into a million pieces notify me and I'll check it at some point.

Special thanks to ~米~ for the name of the hidden passive. Made removing the effect much easier.

Why do I need the Queen and the Crone DLC for this?

could really use the battle effect version
its such an irritating effect

The main thing is finding where the effect is in the tables. I made this really quick and without much effort for the campaign effect since someone asked for it and I knew where the effect was. The issue is mainly I have to find out which battle vfx it is to disable it, and test it. And randomfire testing in modding is tiresome. I didn't really have a save to test it easily before, but I have one now. Though attacking best bud Tyrion with the sword of murder may be a bit against canon.

I'll get to it at some point I hope. It's just a bit time consuming so it depends on my free time and will of effort.

Finally, thanks so much. I was looking into this myself as it really became quite tiresome to look at. What needs to be edited to get this working on the battle effect side?
