Description
An Ithaca Model 37 pump action shotgun with an extended magazine tube, ported from a FPS game Day of Infamy.
An iconic American 12 gauge shotgun that was first introduced to the public in 1937. The Ithaca is most renowned for it's ability to "slam fire" and ambidextrous setting, thus being favoured by many police departments, military and civilians all across the US and abroad during most of the second half of the 20th century as a shotgun of choice.

- Replaces the wooden Pump shotgun.

Features:
- Original textures with slight shader edits
- SureFire flashlight mount
- Иavaяо's firing sounds
- Paysus' pump shotgun animations.

Modifications from original:
- Changed the 12 gauge shell model.

Credits:
- Original Ithaca M37 model: New World Interactive
- Flashlight mount accessory: New World Interactive
- SureFire Flashlight & 12 gauge shell: Prophet
- Firing sounds: Иavaяо
- Animations: Paysus
- Porting, modifications and compiling: 8sianDude

@ChimkenNuggerz
Is the firing sound really that quiet? I'll probably change it later on in the near future.

Arima made an editted and improved version off Strifer's original pump shotgun animation. Strifer's animation includes the movement of the shell ejecting out of the shotgun's right hand-side ejection port. Which is incompatiable with the Ithaca 37 shotgun, since this shotgun only ejects shells from the bottom.

Most firearms used by the Japanese nowadays are either domestically produced or imported from other nations. But they never export their indigenously made firearms to foreign countries, hence the reason you never see any agencies, military companies or gun collectors internationally test firing Howa Type 64s and Type 89s.

Unless it's an airsoft or BB gun replica...

Lmao I used to argue with someone about the spelling which he insisted to be "Itacha" and thought it's Japanese

"It must be Type- something just like how they name their weapons but got licensed in the US because they love shotguns..."
