Guide to show you how to find the Secret Achievement "IT LIVES"

Here is how to find the legendary Dopefish! Honestly this is a very easy achievement to find, that you would find natrually as the secret area it's in is pretty easy. Either way this guide is here to help just in case!

If you play through the game normally and usually find all the secret areas with no problems, then you will easily get this achievement naturally. But here is the easy guide anyways!

First off you will have to be on Episode 1 - The Foothills, and choose the level "E1M4: Steamworks."


Progress through the level normally until you get to here.


The room behind the fence is where the secret is located, so continue on until you get to that room.


Once you are in the room, you will see that a part of the wall is aligned differently. It's a secret door!



Once in there, run to the end of this room, where there is a gold coin. Use the wall behind it to open another secret door!


This will lead to that red area that had 2 enemies under shooting at you.


There is yet another secret door in here! You can see the texture is miss-aligned Open it up and go through!



In this area you will find a ladder, climb up it.


And BOOM! You found the Dopefish!! And the achievement to go with it!

Another One

There is actually another hidden Dopefish in the game, though it does not give the achievement. He is located in a secret area in E2M3, though he is MUCH harder to find/see as he is extremely tiny and in a corner. You will need to zoom in to see him.
