1. Choose CT
2. Open your console and type the following:

mp_maxrounds 999; mp_hostages_max 30; mp_warmuptime 0; mp_freezetime 0; mp_round_restart_delay 30.0; mp_warmup_end

3. Rescue the hostages
4. Be Happy :)
5. Say Ty ;)
