Chilean unique Industrial era naval unit when Jorge Montt is their leader. +1 Movement in or adjacent to Coastal terrain. Upgrades into the Battleship.

Agenda: Vencer o Morir
Will maintain a large naval force and the Technology to support it. Prefers civilizations that do not settle cities on his continent. Distrusts those civilizations that maintain a large naval force if they also have a city on his continent.
