Jbaker96's Auto Arc Furnace Pt.2

Automatically activates five arc furnaces anytime an ore or ice (except water) is placed in the input slot from a chute network. Will disable an attached chute bin anytime all furnaces are full to prevent clogging. With the second part of this code it will also manage 5 sorters leading to each of the furnaces in order to prevent the sorters from clogging. This code should prevent the known arc furnace duping bugs and minimizes sorter issues when used properly.
