Wanna grab those last couple of levels without grinding baddies? Maybe your friend just joined, but you've already logged 300+ hours; he needs to play catch up, and it needs to happen NOW. Well have I got a treat for you! Set your self up with this guide and you'll be level 61 over night.

What you'll need

Any infinity pistol of a decent level will do, you won't need to do too much damage with it, but more never hurts!

You must also have access to the Warrior's Vault.
Setting up
Kill that giant dragon thing called The Warrior, he'll be in the way. What we want to pay attention to are the rakks (Yes! Birds are the answer!). The rakks in this chamber are special because when you kill them, they instantly respawn. Conveniently enough in the same spots! They respawn in between the legs of these statues.

Just shoot a bird, and check the various ones to see where its spawn point is, any will do.

You will now see them spawn and this is where you will concentrate your fire. But I know you're thinking, "I don't want to hold down the trigger for several hours! You sick bastard!" First of all, relax, quit over reacting, and stop being a ♥♥♥♥. . . I have your solution! Any button commands during gameplay can be set to auto by simply <shift-tab>ing into the steam overlay. This includes, running, sprinting, firing, scoping, etc. Inviting a friend will disable the pause of your game when you enter the steam overlay so you can at least browse the web, etc. If you're playing solo, the effect will be the same when you exit the steam overlay, but you cannot remain in the menu.

So you should be doing this:

In 9 hours I brought my friends Assassin from level 41-61, his Siren from level 26-52, and his Commando from level 9-35.

This is of course most effective in UVHM, where each kill is roughly worth 350-400exp each. Gathering about two kills per second results in 2.52mil-2.88mil exp per hour.

Enjoy, and happy Borderlanding!

I must thank my good friend CJ for taking notice of the rakk spawn and figuring out the auto-button glitch with the steam overlay. Without his wily efforts, none of this would be possible.

If you want to gain levels fast with out getting bord just get the season pass if you don't already and go to the crater of badassitude and get to the point where you have to race and keep doing it but you will need to have the boost relice you find in the begining of the game. Once you beat the imposible level it lets you keep doing it infinantly plus after you do it 2 or 3 times it goes up to 13,000 something points when you turn it in. It will only take and hour to go up 20 ranks.

LOL @Doctor Yeshua
"It works, and it is within the system, so it's not cheating, but I would honestly feel like I would be cheating, because you're not really earning those levels. I mean, kudos to figuring this out, it is a neat trick and all, but it's just not for me."

Your right, this isn't for me either.
Although, that Steam Overlay glitch is not 'within the system' since it's not working as intended.

For those who want to use it that's just fine. It's your character and you're the one playing it not us. It's just too bad you'd want to take the easy way out instead of 'earning' that xp with methods the game intends us to.
I've seen games where people took advantage of bugs or glitches like this to only get their characters penalized and lose all that xp and loot back to a previous save or date; and even have those characters and loot just removed and deleted. Not saying this is going to happen here, but it could very well can.

I also found that use of the Commando is recommended when helping others do this, since the turret can attack ones that your not attacking to allow for more exp over that time without you having to hunt them down and kill them.

I found that on my own, I used it to level a friend pretty fast as well but after a little while it tappers out pretty fast, for a long while its like every 10 or 20 kills get it up til you get closer to the monster level and then it SLOWS DOWN MASSIVE.

This works, I farmed about 3 levels in less than an hour after my first playthrough.
