Your right, this isn't for me either.
Although, that Steam Overlay glitch is not 'within the system' since it's not working as intended.
For those who want to use it that's just fine. It's your character and you're the one playing it not us. It's just too bad you'd want to take the easy way out instead of 'earning' that xp with methods the game intends us to.
I've seen games where people took advantage of bugs or glitches like this to only get their characters penalized and lose all that xp and loot back to a previous save or date; and even have those characters and loot just removed and deleted. Not saying this is going to happen here, but it could very well can.
