Description
Adds Sengoku from the One Piece Anime/Manga to the game as the leader of the World Govt. civilization.

UA: Justice of the World Government
All units recieve the Amphibious promotion. Adopt policies 10% faster

UU: Marine Ship
Replaces the Privateer. Has more combat strength than the Privateer.

UB: Marine Base

*Note: This mod DOES NOT require the Legendary Ship mod, unlike most other mods in the One Piece Collection. It does have a UU that replaces the Legendary Ship

Useage info:
2. Navigate to the Mod Menu.
3. Select the Mod from the list.
4. The new civ should show up in the Civ Select menu.

If you have any more questions, just let me know. I will try to answer in a timely manner.

Shouldn't Sengoku Just lead the Marines? As opposed the Entire world Government? Maybe either Commander in Chief Kong or the 5 Elder Starts for a World Gov't Civ

@Havelock: Haha ok. Great idea though. It would be cool.

@chad

I'm not saying you need to change it at all, the current Sengoku works just fine. It was more that I had this idea and just wanted to write it down.

@Havelock: That's an interesting suggestion. Yea that one would be pretty difficult to do. I will definitely consider it. If not, I may revise it to somethig easier to code.

Mind if I unabashedly chip in my own idea for a different UA?

UA: Absolute Justice
Great Generals who walk to a sea tile become Great Admirals. Great Admirals who walk to a land tile become Great Generals. Great Generals or Great Admirals can be sacrificed in a tile adjacent to an enemy city to start a Buster Call, "marking" that city to be destroyed. During the first turn of a Buster Call, every military unit you own get +4 moves, and in the following 5 turns they do 400% damage against the city that was marked. However, for the following 20 turns, capturing that city will instantly raze it down, so you can't capture it, only wipe it off the map. Doing so will give a diplo penalty similar to setting off a nuke, but also increase your military score so that other civs will fear you.

I know, I know, hard to code, but I had this idea in my head for a few months and I just needed to write it down somehwere. :P

UPDATE: Now mods in the GK collection are compatable with both BNW and G&K! The dedicated BNW collection will dissapear 2 weeks from today, to give subscribed users time to swith over. Haki Promotions is available for ALL versions(V, GK, and BNW). I changed the structure to make it easier maintain mods. Vanilla will still require an independent subscription. If a paticular mod has specific features exclusive to BNW(such as a trade route trait) then I will post seperate versions and link them both to this collection. Hope this helps.
