You have to use a modded suppressor that fits on anything with a suppressor slot. The way nodded mags work is that it prevents vanilla attachments from working.

Why can't Pytaek have silencers

Unable to use Pytaek Magazine to reload himself, and the gun does not have a salvage recipe.
It is guessed that the id match of the weapon and the magazine in the configuration file is wrong.
Modify Pytaek.dat: Blueprint_1_Supply_0_ID 363 [363] -> [40353]
Modify Pyk Magazine.dat: Blueprint_1_Supply_0_ID 133 [133] -> [40354]
Should solve the problem

Is it possible to refill the Pytaeks box? I have tried and so for no ammo will fit
