I've received some feedback about DLC parts.
I understand that. Not everyone can afford buying the expansion.
So i made a new version of the craft without those parts.

With this craft you will be able to farm money very fast in career mode. Method is based on flying VIPs to the Mun in Size 2 Crew Cabin from Airplane Plus mod.



Profit: 1 500 000$ - 3 500 000$ per flight (Depends on contracts you will get)



Tech specifications:

* 84 parts, 133 611kg
* 25.5m x 4.6m x 5.6m
* Solar panels, 50 Electric Charge
* 17 seats (1 pilot, 16 VIPs)
* Stock(+DLC), except Crew Cabin (and maybe some wing parts) from AirplanePlus
* 50 000$ launch cost
* 7450m/s Dv
* Working launch escape system binded to Abort action group
* No space debris



Basic HowTo instruction:



Preparing:

* Unlock parts you need for the craft.
* Complete some easy VIPs contracts to make them appear more often.
* Land on the Mun once to unlock VIPs contracts you need.
* DONT FLY TO MINMUS! (or anywhere else, except Mun itself) This will ruin your contracts forever.
* Accept some VIPs contracts. (Remember that you have only 16 seats for them in the rocket)



Flying:

*** If you are playing without "Revert to Launch" feature and something goes wrong or you just forgot to load VIPs (happens with me often :D) - simply shutdown engine (if possible) and activate Abort action group (you might wanna make sure, that booster wont fall on top of the launchsite if possible). Lander will be pulled away from the rocket. When lander is safe activate parachute stage.

1) Load Jeb into the Command Pod, VIPs into the Crew Cabin and press "Launch".

2) Set thrust to 100% and go.

3) Go straight up, until SRBs are empty.

4) Press STAGE. Your speed will start dropping a bit. Its ok - your TWR is around 0.95. Just wait until rocket will drain some fuel and speed will start growing up again.

5) After making sure that your speed is fine, gently start turning rocket over to ~45 degrees and follow normal Kerbin Orbiting procedure. Recommended Apogee - 75km.

6) To not leave space debris: When you achieved 60km Perigee - shut your engine down and press STAGE. Booster will deorbit itself automatically.

7) Finish circularization on 75km orbit.

8) Until landing on the Mun follow normal procedures.

9) Land on BRIGHT SIDE! of the Mun or you will run out of electricity on ascend. Recommended touchdown speed is below 2 m/s. (If you dont want your rocket to bounce and be flipped over due to high center of mass).

10) When returning to Kerbin you need to achieve 50-52km perigee after finishing Mun escape burn. Normally you will have a bit more than 500m/s Dv left. I recommend to spend it for slowing down before hitting the atmosphere. Also you might wanna keep some fuel to make your touchdown smoother.
*** Warranty void when landing on the mountain!

11) While aerobraking, set SAS to "Radial OUT" (relative to the surface!) and start rolling to prevent overheating.

12) Hit STAGE, to activate parachutes, and land.

13) Repeat until you have enough money for everything you might ever need.

14) Continue your space exploration!
*** At this moment craft becomes not relevant, because after flying somewhere else, except Mun, you will start getting VIPs contracts with mixed destinations (Land on Duna + Orbit Minmus + Fly past Ike etc.) and you will be unable to complete them only by landing on the Mun.

Thanks for the video! Its awesome how you were able to use the tiny thrusters to de-orbit the space junk, going above and beyond lol. Not many people put great inventions on rockets that are designed to complete specific contracts like that one.

well i dunno then ¯\_(^-^)_/¯
you supposed to have 2 files - size2cabin.cfg size2cabin.mu in this directory
GameData/AirplanePlus/Parts/Structure and fuel/size2parts if you dont have them - try to download different version of mod. if you have it and it still not loading - go to mod forum thread and ask for help there.
there is nothing more i can do for you :(
