Stats Matter

Description
Stats influence on work speed (base factor 0.9 plus 0.025 for each level):
- SculptingSpeed
- TailoringSpeed
- SmithingSpeed

Got the idea from DeCore mod.

adding modifiers for the other skills would be amazing. still a great mod though.
