Description

Happy Halloween! I figured instead of a normal scare, I could make it a Red Scare with Joseph McCarthy!

LUA: Red Scare. Cities gain +10% Production per negative Amenity level, as well as +10% Culture from this while at Full Loyalty. Unlocks the Smear Campaign Project when they research the Mass Media Civic.

LUP: Smear Campaign. Unlocked at Mass Media. While active, sacrifices 2 Amenities to grant Full Loyalty to this city. Grants a burst of Culture based on the number of citizens in the city upon completion.

Agenda: Enemies Within. Hates those of other governments, especially if they have high Production. Only pleased by those of his government type who maintain Production.

oddly enough the russians admitted in the 90s that mccarthy was the reason why they didnt make it to far implanting operatives in america till the 60s

Hello there! So, my life has been, shall we say, hectic for the past few months. So much so that I've all but had to drop Civ (and yes, it's sucked) to keep up with school, college apps, etc. However, Coronacation has given me a lot of time to get shit back in order, and I'll probably have time to fix all of these broken civs now. I can't say exactly when they'll all be ready, as I have to diagnose the problems and do updates on quite a few mods, but expect stuff soon - and maybe with a couple of improvements here or there ;)
