Terra, this is not useless! I use this for my texture on my SFM model

a good place to get textures is poliigon. They offer textures with resolution from 3k x 3k to up to 30k by 30k (not that vtfedit can handle that)

Also includes normal maps, aomaps, etc.

This can be useful if we want to make some vehicles in SFM to look like they were on fire or something like that. Outstanding!
