Super Space Defenders

Description
This is a legacy mod for the old version of the game – it does not work with the Deluxe HD update. I would like to create an updated HD version at some point (in the distant future), but I will have to wait until more modding tools are released.

(This is a cheezy tech demo made by the Defeder's Quest dev team to show off the basic features of mod support)

The Super Space Defenders are a gang of fun-loving 18-to-24-year-old super dudes (and dudettes) with one thing on their mind - saving the SpaciVerse from the Dark Forces of AntiLight!

Unfortunately, this is a legacy mod for the old version of the game and does not work with the Deluxe HD update. (We're currently working on a way to mark legacy mods as such, now that Deluxe has some mod support.) I would like to eventually make an HD version of this as new modding tools are released, but it will, alas, be a long time from now.

Ok so I subscribed to this amazing looking mod and nothing has happened. I have closed the game and steam and re-opened and nothing. I click the Mods button and there is nothing showing in the list. I cannot do the "Install mod from zip" option as there is no Zip file. So 1) Where does Steam download this mod to, and 2) where is it supposed to be located?. How to install please thanks :) it looks great I just want to plaaay :)

I really wish there were more mods for this game that actually change up the game rather than the numerous skill/level extending mods. This was supposed to be an example of what you could do with the mod and sadly there's almost no mods to actually change up the game. As much as I'd love to see this mod expanded on or even updated to work with the new deluxe version, I'm eagerly awaiting the new defenders quest game even more.

Where does stem put the file after I download it? The game is set by default to load mods from a file that steam isn't putting them in, and my games are all on my E drive.
