When I was making the zombie THW truck, I made some home-made wheels. While I was making them, I wondered what a whole car would drive like when they only had home-made wheels. This is the product of it and I have to admit it's one of the better looking cars I've made! The base chassis is made of copper and steel while the bodywork is primarily copper and the extra bits are mostly brushed aluminium or regular aluminium. The front has a big light array on some steel bars while the bonnet is made from a nice flat sheet of copper. The wheel arches are made of brushed aluminium and the interior floor is as well. The steering wheel is, ironically, the only proper wheel while the steering column is brushed aluminium and the seats are copper. The bodywork is a mix of steel bars and copper tubes or copper pieces while the roof is one big plate of aluminium. There are wing mirrors and at the back there is seating and the two wheel arches. The back has the rear lighting board with all the bits you need to be road legal (technically)!

There are extra wheels as I made several types, not knowing which I liked more. So, when I finished the car and decided, I didn't want to just get rid of them. Instead, I made a little wheel stand so if you want a change of wheel, you can do it yourself! The current wheels are made of tungsten with an aluminium dome. There is one octagonal wheel made of steel with a little centre circle of aluminium as well as a bigger copper set of SUV type wheels with a cone of steel in the centre of each. You can swop them out as you wish.

Instructions on how to change the wheels:
Step 1: Move the axels down on the car so they are no longer attached.
Step 2: Select the wheels currently equipped with by selecting one of the bricks on each one and then selecting 'select recursive'
Step 3: Move them away from the car.
Step 4: Select your new wheel of choice.
Step 5: Select the whole wheel and move it over to the car.
Step 6: Move the axels back so they are connected to the car.
Step 7: Move the new wheels onto the axels.
Step 8: Drive away!

Crew: 4 - driver and three very scared (or crazy) passengers!

Top speed: depending on the wheel, you can get to between 40-60 MPH, though good luck staying there for very long! I was able to get to 90 MPH on the tungsten wheels in slow-mo before flipping, so who knows!

Controls:
WSAD to drive.
H for headlights.
J for warning lights.

Hope you enjoy this scrapheap car, as it came out far better than I expected! It's pretty fun to drive and quite stable at low speeds, if a bit sickening in first person from the bumping!
