Capronissimo

This behemoth is a stock KSP recreation of Italian aviation pioneer, Gianni Caproni's, Caproni Ca. 60, better known as the "Capronissimo." Caproni's design consisted of a 9 winged, 8 engined seaplane capable of ferrying 100 passengers across the Atlantic. His creation flew briefly once when it was tested in 1921 before crashing into Lake Maggiore. No further attempts were made to create such a monstrosity of the air until now.

Thanks to KSP's slightly less than realistic set of physics and the added thrust of 6 jet engines, my recreation flies beautifully. Capable of holding 112 Kerbal passengers and a crew of 4, this aircraft is my best attempt to recreate Caproni's vision with nothing but stock parts.
