Wanted to revisit a dragonball wallpaper now that i know a bit more about animating.

I went though and optimized it a bit, reduced the used texture memory by like 40%, i dont know if that will help with the play back but theres not much more i can do to it other then just delete parts out. you can close out of wallpaper engine and exit out of steam and restart both, steam should force the update. otherwise it will update automatically at some point
