Description
"Hold Open" will immediately open/close doors, instead of waiting for a colonist to do it.

Settings allow disabling of mod by door type, and whether or not a powered door is receiving power.

Should integrate with mods adding or changing Rimworld core doors:
I've tested the mod against DoorsExtended by Jecrell and LinkableDoors by Steardliy.

- Fixed mod id used in Rimworld ModsConfig file; you will likely have to re-add the mod to your mod list (sorry!)
- Implemented ModManager version control
- Compatibility fix for TradingSpot by Kiame Vivacity, and other mods adding unique buildings (found by "BlueTressym", thanks! :] )
- Fixed issue where door sound would play repeatedly
- Bug causing doors to get stuck half-open which stopped pawns from passing through them should be fixed (found by "\\F.A.B.// Lucius", thanks! :] )
- Doors are preselected in the settings based on whether or not they receive power (i.e. doors are ticked, but autodoors are not)
- Doors added by mods should get included in the settings for filtering
- Fancy shmancy support added for excellent mods that have the audacity to not use Building_Door as a base (e.g. DoorsExpanded by Jecrell)
- Support added for mods that take the wheel and override Building_Door (e.g. LinkableDoors by Steardliy)
- Logging can now be enabled in the settings menu; disabled by default for miniscule performance increase. All logs are pre-fixed with the mod names acronym (HOOD)
- Fixed error caused by mods that add ThingDefs without assigning them a corressponding ThingClass, egad! We'll not name names
- Updated Settings menu to show door descriptions

1.4 update would be good for this mod. I like being able to just open the door on my own, rather than have to wait for pawns to go through and leave it open.
