It seems like the best configuration would be to have the pawn re-equip their weapon after they recover from being downed, but re-equip the other items when fully healed. However, the configuration added only allows you to do one or the other. Could you please let this be configured individually?

In fact, I think it would make sense to have the search range be configurable individually as well.

- you can force colonists to reequip(retake) when fully healed.
- make this mod compatible with Alien races and Garam races.
- add mod settings.

Would be nice to get an option to change the trigger for searching the weapon to something like "all wounds are healed". Pawns are getting downed way too often during their search.

I love this mod and its concept but I simply have too many issues with pawn behavior. They will literally kill themselves trying to reequip their gear. They will get up while being tended in a medical bed and die from blood loss or fall over halfway to their weapons. I think there needs to be more checks to the AI to make this mod more effective.

Prisoners will get out of prison, open doors, to get to their weapons. Can you fix this? If possible, can you make anyone that is not your faction never get up to get their weapons? example: downed allies.
