How to be a Plague Doctor in Cuisine Royale

Tired of being harassed by the templars making fun of you because of your mask? Ever want to persue a medical career in Cuisine Royale, but just cant treat anyone because your medical solutions are untrustworthy? Well this is the OFFICIAL guide on how you can become a proper 6th century medieval doctor with the current "Italian Weeks" season.

What is a plague doctor?

And now, a passage from wikipedia of what a plague doctor is:

A plague doctor was a medical physician who treated victims of the bubonic plague, in times of epidemics, such physicians were specifically hired by towns where the plague had taken hold. Since the city was paying their salary, they treated everyone: both the wealthy and the poor. However, some plague doctors were known to charge patients and their families additional fees for special treatments and/or false cures. Typically they were not professionally trained nor experienced physicians or surgeons, but rather they were often either second-rate doctors unable to otherwise run a successful medical practice or young physicians seeking to establish themselves. These doctors rarely cured their patients; rather, they served to record a count of the number of people contaminated for demographic purposes.

In Cuisine Royale your role as a medieval doctor is to purify patients into either becomeing plague doctors themselves (greater numbers can help treat greater patients) or ensureing hersey does not spread in our good game through treatment practices. The primary goal of all plague doctors in a Cuisine Royale game is to neutralize all conflicts between one another through the systematic removal of hostile players, and so that when the game nears it's end, the only players that are left are either peaceful or are plague doctors. This goal is known as the Plague Doctor Manifest.

As a plague doctor in Cuisine Royale, you must travel to the most hostile communities and "purify" the locality, through use of automatic weapons or by psychological treatments.

The Hostility Plague

Ever since [Team chat] replaced [All chat] in Cuisine Royale, there has been no way to identify a peaceful player from a hostile one in matches, and thus heresy has fallen upon us by those who spread it. In times before the plague doctors arrived, no one trusted each other, all randoms would succumb to the hostility plague, and would open fire on any player they see.

The Hostility Plague is an ongoing epedemic caused by players in Cuisine Royale who attack each other as if by random. While the reason for this mysterous paranoia is still poorly understood, what is known is that patients will violently attack each other for seemingly materalist purposes.

Dressing like a Plague Doctor

The first order of being a plague doctor is dressing for the occasion. Every plague doctor should identify with similar attire, and as such it is required that to become a plague doctor you must have the necessary medical attire for the restless job of purifying the Cuisine Royale playerbase and protecting yourself from terrible diseases.

Mask
The Non-negotiable mask of every plague doctor is the Medico Della Peste. To even be considered a plague doctor, you must have this mask.



If you wish to become an assistant to the plague doctor, the ideal mask you can take to display your status as a nurse is the Volto mask, this mask can protect you from various bubonic diseases just as well as the Medico Della Peste.

Attire
It is fundamental requirement to have some sort of attire, as without it you will be exposed to the elements and potentially catch the plague. To fit in with the other plague doctors, suit attire has been standardized to the Arlecchino, with the choice colors limiting to as close as to all black as possible. As of current Cuisine Royale season customization limits, these are the acceptable attire:

The 5 Rules of being a Plague Doctor

To be a plague doctor, you must follow these rules:

[1]Wear Plague Doctor Attire

The Mask Medico Della Peste is the official mask worn by every plague doctor and is a non-negotiable identifyer of every plague doctor. Wearing basic suit attire is secondary, as it will protect you from diseases.

[2]Keep an informative spray

Plague Doctors should communicate warnings or indications with each other through leaveing their sprays in the most visible areas. A simple red "X" could mean that ahead is dangerous territory, or a checkmark can easily tell the traveler the town or community is safe or cleared of heretics.

[3]Avoid taking other melee weapons

Keep useing the starter knife until the very end. There can be exceptions with the golden pan, provided that your method is justified (i.e cureing an uncurable diesease).

[4]Avoid killing other Plague Doctors

They are on the same side as you, when you see them avoid coming to them.

[5]Remove Heresy

'nuff said.

Playstyle as the Plague Doctor

Early Game
When you begin the game, the first course of action is purify the nearest known hostile player, through means of either stabbing or automatic weapons. If there is no nearby player you know of, proceed the game as you normally would.

As a further extention of the game philosophy, only the truest of plague doctors, known as Chad Doctors, avoid looting other households they did not start in and only collect the loot from fallen players.

Mid Game
After aquireing reasonable self-defense armament, a plague doctor should travel to wherever there are gunshots, for when there are gunshots, there is no peace on our servers, for when there is no peace on our servers, there is hersey, and for when there is heresy, there are heretics who disturb our servers. All sources of heresy must be eliminated!

End Game
If the surviveing heretics make it this far, as the remaining doctor of the game you must remove those remaining heretics by occupying the high ground, as a wise jedi once suggested, it is over as soon as you have the high ground.

Patients of a Plague Doctor

These are the main targets patients a Plague Doctor should look out for, they are the source of disturbence on our servers and they must be removed or treated in order to achieve a peaceful game where all players live in harmony:

• Snipers are the least dangerous of all because most players can't aim for ♥♥♥♥, and will almost always miss the first shot as long as you keep moveing. They are the most basic unit of hostility and often will go solo on top of hills or buildings, but because of the limits of human awareness, they will not see you comeing from behind.
  
  
• Autists, players who have a little less IQ than normal fall under the category of "autists". Autists are the most common type of patient on cuisine royale, they engage in aggressive behaviour and reasoning with them is like trying to convince Mussolini that Italy will never recreate the Roman Empire.
  
  
• Faguettes, usually discovered upon killing them, these are players who take way too many loaves of bread with them and are the cause for inventorial disorder. They are not a subject to the hostility plague but rather, a victim of a mental disorder. Faguettes do not usually engage other players unless they are threatened, which often means they will always engage others because they are always threatened. There is currently no treatment for faguettes other than depriveing the map of bread-related products, so it is medically approved to exterminate them as effectively as possible.
  
  
• Wehraboos, or more accurately, "Extremist Wehraboos" are players who only take German weapons because of the misconception that Germany has supperior weaponary over all other nations. Most Wehraboos fall a victim to Maschinengewehrliebe syndrome, where after discovering that the MG42 is the most powerful gun in the game they will begin treating it like a submachinegun or an assault rifle. The best way to remove Maschinengewehrliebe syndrome from a Wehraboo is by getting the Bunny Slippers + Knee pads of Speed combo and harass them by jumping around soo fast that they will never hit you with the inaccurate MG42, thus annoying them to the point where they will have to use a different weapon.
  
  
• Normie Youtubers are the most dangerous of all since they spread their influence the farthest. Some Youtubers (especially those who promote our Plague Docter Brotherhood) do good for the game and work towards the common goals of a plague doctors in Cuisine Royale, while others make the game seem like it is a WW2 Fortnite, which is last association an experienced player wants this game to be. Upon discovering a Normie Youtuber, it must be your mission to eliminate that Youtuber as soon as possible so that they get less footage and have to play another game.
