This is one of a few UK detached houses I've been creating recently. I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of this asset:

@rik4000 no worries, thanks. I've tried YouTube but it's a bit of a mish-mash of old/new low quality/good quality. Will try Reddit though, cheers.

@Breaders - Im probably not the best person to ask as i dont play the game properly really. I would just do a youtube search or as the questions over on the skylines reddit page

Excellent, good to see you keeping up.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for any tutorials on themes and how they work? I'm trying to recreate Milton Keynes, so houses like this are useful, but I get confused as to quite how themes work, I either end up with no houses spawning, or other styles of houses popping up as well as the correct ones. Also, I seem to have a lot that say "not all models are loaded". How can I force them to load?

Also, I want to divide up my districts so certain houses spawn on certain streeets, but I want to keep the name and shape of my main district for maps and aesthetics. Is this a thing?

@Quboid - More or less, theres a few changes here and there

@lukegrossmiller - Erm not sure, this is more of a screenshot city so there are no people living there. I used the Move It mod to get the houses there so i dont see why they wouldn't work.

these houses are awesome. great work.
a question for you- do the houses pictured at the end of the road work in the game (frustratingly unrealistic)? I thought zoning didn't happen at the end of a road and that you would end up with flasing no service sign there. if thats not so, is there some trick I don't know about?
