As the M-600 Wraith, or as the fottsoldiers called it, "Hovertank" gained more popularity by both the HDF and its genrals, new tactics teveloped within the HDF. Those tactics involved fast and percise strikes with Hovertanks, followed by support from Infantry and then securing the frontline with Firebirds and Ragnaröks.

At first the tactic worked out and the HDF quickly gained more ground against "The Rupture" and other rouge forces on Centurion, but soon generals realised that the Wraiths had a problem. The missing Infanrty Support made them very weak to forces hiding in enclosed positions which the 105mm MAC could not dig out. Thus, the Defense Forces had to develop a Vehicle which was capable of keeping up with the Hovertanks.

HWT was ordered to produce the Vehicle. By 2295, over 97.000 Lynx where in service, and they played a leading role within the Siege of Centurion.

No other weapons in this version since I had problem with the MG rotation
