Hat Kid becomes Hat Dad


This mod is SERIOUSLY WIP. As in it's shallow and mostly for aesthetic purposes at the moment. I'm only putting it on the workshop so some people can get a kick out of it in the meantime/take some silly screenshots.


I started working on it nearly 2 months ago, and since then have basically touched nothing. I am going to continue working on this and make it as polished as I can (though time is a bit sparse for me right now).


Currently the ability just triggers an audio clip of Wolfgang Gartner's "The Champ". The plan is to also:

- Make Hat Kid do the Well What Is It animation

- Make you temporarily invincible

- Have it knock-back all enemies in a certain radius

Ideally combining all 3, though I'd also be okay if only 1 or 2 of them worked well.


KNOWN ISSUES:

- The mask *mostly* covers the head, but sometimes some parts clip out of it

- The lighting/gamma is a tad off compared to everything else

- The mask material doesn't properly occlude when viewed behind any solid object
