This is one of a few UK detached houses I've been creating recently. I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of this asset:

i love these houses but wont use them because they are high residential, i would end up with a tower block in the middle of my estate :(

Not sure really, probably should of been low but wanted to mix it up a bit (every house ive done previously was low res)
