Unfortunately, that depends.

If the rocket looks better, works better or is more fun with DLC elements, then I will always use DLC parts in that case.

But I'm sure I'll never build rockets that require mods.

@charl.clynch You have to subscribe to this workshop item and after the Steam client has downloaded it you should be able to load the craft inside the hangar under "Steam".

@ItsUmmmmYT Usually, all you have to do is pressing the subscription button.

Then you should be able to load the object into your assembly building.

Make sure you have the latest KSP version:KSmiley:
