Yes, that's right, there is already another script mod that makes everything available from 1850.:steammocking:

There is no "vanilla" mod that I have found. There is a mod by nando, which does the same thing as this though.

Sorry to say, but it's kinda useless, because there is a vanilla mod already which let you have all vehicles from the beginning.
