Chroma Drencher (low CPU)

Description
This is a previous version of Chroma Drencher that doesn't eat up nearly as much CPU and displays the full wallpaper size. A recent update borked the original so I'm uploading this for others that *LOVE* the wallpaper but hate 60% CPU utilization on both an Intel 8700k and Ryzen 1800X.
