Vanilla Faction Emblem Fixes

Description


What this mod does:

This mod fixes the faction emblems of several factions in the Grand Campaign, most notably the African Separatists'. In the vanilla game there were some graphical artifacts left around their symbols, which were especially noticable during the end turn phase. This mod fixes the problem by removing said artifacts from the .png-files.

The following faction icons have been changed:

  • African Rebels
  • African Separatists
  • Arabian Rebels
  • Arabian Separatists
  • Caucasian Rebels
  • Caucasian Separatists
  • Eastern Rebels
  • Eastern Separatists
  • Hunnic Rebels
  • White Hunnic Rebels

Compatibility:

This mod should be compatible with every other mod that doesn't change the emblems of the mentioned factions, located at "ui/flags/africanseparatists", "ui/flags/arabianseparatists", "ui/flags/caucasianseparatists", "ui/flags/easternseparatists", "ui/flags/rebels_african", "ui/flags/rebels_arabian", "ui/flags/rebels_caucasian", "ui/flags/rebels_eastern" and "ui/flags/rebels_hunnic".

The mod is fully save game compatible and can be removed at any time without issues.

ty and this simple fix could have be done by lazy CA since 3 years! But no, of course we have have to become modders and leraning for so many hours what they could have done in 20 minutes because they are the developers themselves! But hey, of course they don´t care, as long we paid already the money ;)
