Description
Adds the Khaganate of Qocho, or Idiqut to Brave New World!
The Uyghur Khaganate of Qocho (843–1132) was a settled Uyghur state in the Middle Ages situated in the Tarim Basin and Dzungaria, in the present day region of Xinjiang, China. Originating from the demise of the nomadic Uyghur Khans, the more settled Qocho or Qarakhoja Uyghurs established a muticultural network of cities were historic centers for various religions such as Manicheism and Nestorianism. An affluent trading partner of China and Sogdiana, the Uyghurs flourished as a settled state until being vassalised by the Mongol and Karakhitai empires.

@grant: The UB can only be built adjacent to rivers . Mentioned in the Civopedia, but not in the above description. (Explains why I couldn't build it, as I wasn't really paying attention to rivers.)

@grant: New issue: in the civ selection screen Qocho now shows as TXT_KEY_LEADER_CIV etc...

@grant: Abaility to build Chakars has mysteriously reappeared, evne though I can now also build Knights.

@grant: Can't seem to build the UB, even though I have Engineering. Also, when trying to build a Chakar, it became obsolete (I haven't got Chivalry yet).

Hey, after the last update a new bug appeared. This civ gets broken if enabled alongside Loulan/Kroraina mod. Alone it works fine though. Here is the screenshoot of broken text:

I never used Epirus Civ, but generally I don't remember seeing other instances of being able to build other civ's unique units. Then again I'm using only civs that are both mostly compatible with Vox Populi and Ynaemp and are based in desolate areas (for earth mega camapigns) so the number of possible choices isn't that big. In all honesty this issue isn't that gamebreaking and I don't really mind it. I just want to keep using this civ since in general the area this civ is supposed to spawn in is devoid of other civs on giant Ynaemp map (and China is constantly my strongest rival in every campaign so anything that will stop their growth is worth using, even if its a little buggy for me haha).

hmm, still no luck replicating this issue. If there is a conflict it's probably down to the Chakar's cheaper unit cost during a golden age, where I created a dummy unit with a cheaper that replaces the normal Chakar. Do any of the civilizations have a similar effect (i.e. Epirus)?

okay, I'll try the latest beta and see if I can replicate this issue.
