Tracker- Shorter Cooldowns: DEFINITIVE EDITION

Description
The shorter cooldowns version of the Tracker Class for DE!
Regular version for DE with update/patch history

What's different between this version and the main one?
This version reduces cooldowns of my main Tracker Class mod by 1-2 points depending on the inital AP cost to help it stay in line with mods like Shorter Magic Cooldowns.
Aside from this, there are no differences.

I could add it to the queue of things coming in the pipeline if it's something that's seriously wanted. I'll set up a form to ask everyone and see how that goes. I am currently working on the next mod I want to release, but it's a larger project and I want it mostly finished and proven to work before I release it.

Because of huge load times when having multiple class mods on Divinity 2, would you ever consider "revamping" hunter skills and add few of yours in there instead of making a complete new class?
