Beach Shantae based on the speedrun ending reward image from Shantae - Half Genie Hero.

Set your WE to 60 fps if you use the audio function, it looks pretty bad otherwise.

-Added some subtle animations to Shantae and the surroundings.
-Animated water that spakles.
-Text (bass) and ear (treble) reacts to audio
-Animated clouds.
-A few extra graphics effects.
-About 150 Mb VRAM footprint

If you're not okay with upping your framerate you'd probably want to turn audio response off, it's arguably better without it but i still wanted to include it.
