Floor Lights - B19

Description
For version 1.0: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1541728186

Lights (lamps) that are integrated into the ground. These lamps used to have their power cable hidden underground, but various rim-rodents kept eating them so the cable placement had to be revisited. It is possible to build on top of the floor lights.

Shapes:
- Square | Power consumption: 24 | Radius: 12
- Plus | Power consumption: 18 | Radius: 9
- Corner | Power consumption: 18 | Radius: 9
- Stripe | Power consumption: 12 | Radius: 6
- Small Corner | Power consumption: 7 | Radius: 5
- Small stripe | Power consumption: 4 | Radius: 3

- Floor lamp tile | Power consumption: 2 | Radius: 1

Colors:
- White (normal)
- Red
- Green
- Blue
- Yellow
- Purple

Screwed up the dang mod update to 1.0 again <.< Fortunately this will work with either B19 or 1.0... reverting doesn't revert the "1.0" tag for some reason :(

Besides those warnings I also fixed the lamps being build instantly due to a XML change between versions. I also balanced the work to build value for all lamps based on the standing lamp values.

None of this _should_ break any existing saves. :nonplussed_creep:

Looks like the actual exception is from the More Batteries mod, which you can find out when you look at line 33 in your pastebin log. The 747397788 is the mod id in the filesystem path and that is also on the url of said mod.

Thanks to that I see that this mod also needs fixing a bit. Pesky warnings that don't appear without more throughly testing. :steamfacepalm:

But, I'm getting some errors when using this mod together with "More Batteries"

No sure which mod is causing it, as there seems to be no mod name given.

Maybe you got an idea?
