Description
Requirements:
Laser mod is highly recommended but will not affect functionality

Controls
Arrow keys to drive
Q, E to extend/retract the net
For the hidden thrusters:
H to extend/retract
Right Shift to use
If you have the laser mod:
K to use the headlights

Mechanisms:
Custom RTC steering, aided by fans and airblades on slow toring => fluent turning at any speed
Basic glitch suspensions
Medium strength Brace Entanglement stabilization system on weak scaling block

I can make Bulkhead as a transformer, no problem. Both Vehicle and humanoid form, and those thingies that work as a chair. It'll have to wait a while as I have many other projects I'm working on right now, including Optimus

could you make bulkhead's vehicle mode (fromt transformers animated)
or maybe his robot mode with the ability to use his back bits as a chair?
