Description

Add an alert while blighted plants are existed on map.
The alert will target all the plants was blighted, You should cut them out as soon as you could to prevent the blighted spread to more plants.

Works fine in 1.5.

There's an inoffensive error message in the logs when you click on the alert and the plant is already marked to be cut. I assume that's because clicking on the message applies the "cut" order to all blighted plants, and trying to apply it again is an error.
