Torchgun

Description
Adds the torch launcher to the game, a device that can fire torches at enemies. It also gives torches a weapon die, making them ammo. Torches can be used alone as weapon, but with the launcher it does more damage. Burning damage does not stack. Torches only have a 50% of success, plan accordingly in battle.
