Description
UK Industrial - Clinton Engineering
This is one of a few UK Industrial units I've been creating. I would say that this is more of a wall to wall building but of course this can be used any way you want :). I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of this asset:

* Move It!
* Plop The Growables
* More Beautification
* Prop & Tree Anarchy
* Prop Precision

Building Stats
Size: 3x4
Service: Generic Industry
Sub-service: Low
Level: 2

Where is this found in game?
This building is a level 2 generic industry growable.

Do these assets require any props?
No, this is now up to you to decorate.

Model Info:
  • 346 Polys
  • 810 Tris
  • 1024 x 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (44 tris)

There is probably a mod out there that will sort that out, or you could just edit them with the in game asset editor

Hoping to use these great buildings of yours again rik4000, but I had to drop them due to the heavy pollution they deploy. Are they as dirty as they always were, and if so, is it possible to edit them to produce little to no pollution as they would in real life?
