Pavise would be a good addition

I would remove the Aghanim's Scepter and replace it with a Euls or a pipe. Getting the extra mana regen and TP interrupt is far more valuable than some cooldown reduction on your nuke, by the time you finish Aghs the enemy will probably already have pipe or you get blown up far too early to utilize the improved Purifying Flames.

#16 Oracle player on Dotabuff at time of writing, please remove Aghanim's Scepter from this guide. It is overshadowed by the heal from Spirit Vessel, simply not strong enough of an item at 4200 gold. Suggestions to replace it would be Meteor Hammer to quickly farm waves with it alongside a Q or deal damage to structures, Drum of Endurance for when you want to fight immediately, Atos to help lockdown enemies or Pipe for heavy magic damage. All those items provide much more use to Oracle than making his heal strong, the aspect of him that's already incredibly strong.
