Description
Adds laser weapons to the game. They shoot proper laser beams and have graphics inspired by UFO: XCOM game.

Adds weapon types: pistol, rifle, heavy, sniper, minigun, incendiary lasers and a tesla gun.

Those weapons can be purchased from vendors, or crafted after a spacer-level research (after Charged Shot). You need a special kind of crystal to make laser weapons, which can either be deep mined or purchased from vendors.

Also adds a laser turret. Does not require barrel maintenance, but consumes 30Wd per shot from batteries.

There is an error that pops up in the console with possible incompatibilities when these 3 specific mods are loaded together in the game.

I suggest getting this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1241694757 to buy crystals. You can also get them from deep drilling, but you have to get lucky and scan them with the ground penetrating scanner first which can take ages if you're unlucky.

Is there a way to add the crystals to mining mods? I haven't seen a single crystal in any traders after years in game. A few pistols have dropped from raiders, but no crystals.

Thank you for the 1.3 update! Can anyone confirm if the laser weapons of this mod register with Ideology's preferred weapon feature? (do they qualify as Ultratech & Ranged?)

Still +1 on the wall mounted lol. but anyway, pls disregard my request, I decided to create a single weapon mod that uses this as one of the requirements, for the tech and prism components. Anyways, thanks for the mod.

Can you add a Mk. II of the Laser Sniper Rifle? less warmup, less cooldown but can only be crafted and player only (Basically, it also have:
<generateCommonality>0</generateCommonality>
<generateAllowChance>0</generateAllowChance> )

And of course, the crafting requirements is doubled or tripled. Pls, Im really looking for player only faction weapon.
