Overall, I feel like this map has an amazing amount of potential, and it's incredibly clear the amount of love and passion you put into making this map. Great work :) (2/2)
IAs someone not familiar with the location, I feel dwarfed by the map. It's evident that you've recreated a real life location, but one of the cool things about video games is that they're *not* real life. I get that this is a tribute to your school, and not a map that takes itself too seriously, but this is Counter-Strike, where the primary focus is how the map plays in practice.
Another thing I would like to point out is the visuals. These textures have been around since Source! I'm sure if you look around, you can find great grass and brick textures that don't look outdated. The other thing is the lighting -- it's grey and dreary. Try increasing the brightness of your light_environment, and adding blue ambience to it. Generally, you want your lighting to match the skybox of your level, but the skybox you've chosen is cloudy and grey, which isn't very inviting. (1/2)
