The Modern Cafe building is fully equipped with a Street Fox Coffee, a Missy Goods, a Restroom, and thriving plants. Many of the walls and most of the ceiling are made of glass that not only allows sunlight to enter but allows your visitors unparalleled sightlines of your park (especially on the second floor). The building is equipped with plenty of greenspace from majestic trees growing inside to many planters with a variety of colorful shrubs and flowering plants.

The Modern Cafe is generously lit for nighttime use.

Pathing is easiest if done from the top of the stairs and then work your way around the building. Use ‘select grid’ to make it much easier. After the pathing is placed put in picnic benches and waste baskets to complete the building.

To find the optimal depth of this item simply lower the building until the concrete floor on the first level is just above the ground level.
