Assimilated Planets

Beskrivelse
Assimilated Planets.
Mod for Stellaris 2.7.*
In short, it enables an ascension perk for driven assimilator empires. Once activated, every planet with at least one assimilated pop is transformed into a 25% assimilated world.
You can upgrade these worlds by terraforming. higher upgraded worlds grants higher bonuses.
HOWEVER (!) If one assimilated Planet is captured by enemy forces or bombarded and has reached 100 % devastation, it will be destroyed (although it can be a terraforming candidate again).

Changelog:
1.4:
- Added colour to the texts.
- Assimilated planets require a certain amount of assimilated pops to be able to be upgraded (your homeworld will always be a fully assimilated world, at the time you activate the ascension perk)
- More upgraded assimilated planets will reduce the stability further
1.5:
- Added a revolt mechanic to assimilated planets (if stability will drop under 50 %. It starts by some deviant drones and finishes into a full scale revolt.)
- Added critical and freed assimilated worlds (critical assimilated worlds are very very vulnerable, but can be stabilzed, if stability will increase up to 50 % or further)
- Critical assimilated worlds have their own planet icon
- Freed assimilated world can be terraformed into normal worlds again
- If a assimilated world is freed, the rebels will automaticly ask their "fatherland" (Stellaris' developer phrasing, not mine) to join them again. (if possible)
1.5.1:
- Reduced the necessary Stability for a revolt to happen to 40%
- Updated to 2.6.*

This mod now crashes the game to desktop whenever you mouse over the ascension perk. Does anyone know if this is being updated/fixed or if there is a more updated mod that does the same thing?

Has anyone tried out how well this works in recent versions?

By chance would you know if there is a mod which transforms assimilated species into the same cyborg type i prepared at game start while also giving me from then on the option to choose the different uniq perks the newly assimilated species had? So that i have a homogenous/uniform cyborg species which i could then to my liking outfit with different species perks(default and new once)

i love the idea of this mod, going full borg style on a planet. question though will cause issues if playing as machine DA, using consoledated resources origin and starting with machine world, can i still terraform an assimilated planet into a machine world

Bug: Trying to colonize a machine ringworld will convert it into a assimilated planet (using gigastructures)
