info_particle_controller Stool

Description
Suggested by Das Bo Schitt. Fixed by me

This is a updated version of the particle controller tool. Allows you to make and control the orangebox particle system.

I hate to be "That guy" but, what does this do? Does it stop the particle animation so that you can pose an explosion better or... what? :gmod:

@Chital well duh, thats not a real particle. antlion_gib_01 is what you're looking for. The list of effects is here:
