First Steps
The first thing you need to do is go to Talmberg and speak with Sir Divish of Talmberg, he will say that he wants the rebuild the city of Pribyslavitz, but you need to find and help Marius there, then you can save him from the bandits and call Divish to introduce you.

After that Sir Divish will ask you to be the Bailiff of Pribyslavitz, finally you begin to build your home!
Understanding the mechanics
1. The Money

At this point you can use the town hall, you will have to put some money in the chest to use for everything! So if you, have some money from your previous gameplay, feel free to add as much as you like, but it will be good with you keep some 5000 groschens in your hand for this time.

The money you put on the chest will be used for running your town, that's the money you will use to build some new constructions and to pay the everyday fee. If you have and positive income, every day this money will grow. More on incomes explained in the next section.

2. The Book

With money in the chest, you can now use the book to start building. When you open the book, to the left of the first page will be the overview of all your income, some buildings cost you money, some make you money. For example, in the image below of my book you can see that the Tavern gives me 1160 groschens but the Church cost me 300. This is your daily money, in my town every day I made 1585 groschens for my city chest. With this you can organize how your town is going.
Every day at a specific time around 4 or 5 in the morning I will receive those 1585 Groschens. If the Summary was -100 I would have to have 100 Groschens on the Chest, otherwise, I would lose my Reputation and possibly angry Sir Davish. If you lost too much Reputation than Lord Divish will take away your title and your village, and you lose the DLC.

On the right page you can see your total money in the chest, your reputation with the people of Pribyslavitz, Objective that you have to do to rebuild the entire town and the Resources that you have to gather to rebuild Pribyslavitz.

3. The Buildings

Every building has a page, and every page has all the building information that you need. For example the picture below shows my fully upgraded Rathaus, the city hall. As you can see on the left page it shows this building costs me 365 groschens, and the right page shows a little description of the building and the upgrades that I can do.

In this next image you can see my forge, and one of the forges upgrade can't be done, some buildings have this, so attention when building, you will have to choose!
If you choose to build the Swordsmith's Tools, like I did, you can't build the Armoursmith's Tools, this is important because when you have a Forge you can call some Blacksmith to work there with you, but if that man only works on a Armousmith's you can't call him.

The same happens to some buildings like the Guardhouse, that you can opt between a Stable or the Guardhouse. I choose the Stable because I heard that you can buy some unique horses there, but you can choose whatever you want.

Some buildings work better with other building bonuses, like the Forge that gives horseshoe for the stables, it's important that you do all upgrades possible to win some great money with this.
What to do
Now you should have some money in your chest to begin your little adventure. Here I will tell you my steps for easy money and growth. I've finished the game with 60k groschens, so this gave me a good start. If you are playing the main story I advise you to get and keep some good money, I've played the entire game stealing from everyone, so I got rich early.

1. First Step

The first thing you need to build is the Woodcutter's Camp, with just 2500 groschens you can start building the camp, when you chose to build from the book, Marius will get up and ask you to follow him to the building site, there you tell him to start building, then you have a loading screen and some days after you come back with all done. Every building works that way.
With that done, your income will be -275, so you better have some money in the chest to keep paying that fee over the day.

2. The Road and Bridge

Then you can build the Bridge and Road, for this, you will need more 4000 groschens, this building will add a -20 daily cost for you, so be sure to have money in the chest again!!

3. Most important

Now you can build your most important element, the Trader, with the trader you will start to make some income, completes the "Supplies" side quest and now you can ask for resources since the trader's wagon brings you everything by some kind of magic.

So build the Trader's with 4000 groschens and receive 50 for income, you will still need some money on the chest, but less.
Getting Resources
The resources are some necessary stuff that you have to get before building the most expensive buildings. There are 4 resources that you can get. Livestock, Stone, Charcoal, and Grain.
Each of them is prerequisites for some buildings.

Important: You need a Trader before getting those resources, the trader will transport those resources for you.

Now you will get these resources to expand your town with some greater buildings. To get this resources you will have to go and ask for someone deliver them for you, so you have to make an agreement with them and pay some money for that, that's why you have to have some money with you also, some 5000 Groschens would be good enough.

This is how you can get those resources and where:

Resource
Where
How much
Livestock
Ledetchko Butcher
30 Groschens
Stone
Talmberg Quarrymen
2000 Groschens
Charcoal
Ginger's Charcoal-burner friends*
180 Groschens
Grain
Uzhitz Bailiff
160 Groschens
*The Charcoal-burner is down of Talmberg and up from Inn in the Glade. See in the image:

I've used the "The Crusader" Guide while playing, so credits to him.
The best buildings
Finally, you are free to build whatever you want, the best is to start building some places to get daily groschens, in the start you will have a negative income, but if you have the money and build the right buildings, that could be quickly changed.

The best income building are:
  1. The Tavern (1220 daily groschens): For 8000 groschens it produces 500 daily groschens, with the upgrades, which costs more 3000 groschens, you can produce a total of 1000 daily groschens just with the Tavern. Plus 70 if you have a Butcher's, 50 if you have a Bakery and 150 if you have a Guardhouse. It's possible to get 1220 daily groschens here.
  2. The Forge (750 + 35 daily groschens): For 8000 groschens it produces 500 on a daily basis, with one upgrade for 2000 groschens it add more 250 for your daily groschens, so a total of 750 groschens. Plus, it provides 35 daily groschens if you have a Stable or a Guardhouse.
  3. The Bakery (415 + 50 daily groschens): For 4200 groschens + 500 from the Drying Shed upgrade, it can produce a total of 415 daily groschens with all upgrades. Plus, it provides 50 daily groschens if you have a tavern.
  4. The Butcher's (390 + 70 daily groschens): For 4200 groschens + 500 from the Smoke House upgrade, it can produce a total of 390 daily groschens. Plus, it provides 70 daily groschens if you have a tavern.
  5. The Stable (245 + 120 daily groschens): For 5000 groschens + 2000 for the Saddler's Equipment upgrade, it produces a total of 210 daily groschens, but if you have a forge it produces more 35. Plus, it provides 120 daily groschens if you have (and you have) a Trader. So a total of 365 daily groschens.
  6. The Guardhouse (195 + 150 daily groschens): For 5000 + 1000 you can produce 160 daily groschens, if you have a forge it produces more 35. Plus, it provides 150 daily groschens for the Tavern.
  7. The Trader (170 daily groschens): For 4000 groschens it produces 50 daily groschens, if you have a Stable it can produce more 120 daily groschens.
  8. The Beehives (120 daily groschens): For 1500 groschens you loose 60 daily groschens, but if you have a Tavern and a Bakery it can produce more 180 grochens.
Best ways to farm easy money
What to do?

If you have more than 40k Groschens do this:
  • Build a Tavern with 8000 groschens and them start to get 205 daily groschens, instead of your previous -295.
  • Build the Brewery update of the Tarver for more 2000 groschens, and the get 505 daily groschens.
  • Build the Beehives for just 1500 groschens and produce 100 groschens to the Travern, but loose 60 daily from it. You will then get 545 daily groschens.
  • Then build a Forge for more 8000 groschens and produces more 500 daily groschens, you will produce 1045 daily groschens.
  • Build either upgrade for the forge for 2000 groschens, you can chose whatever you like the most, as said earlier you will chose the one you want to bring someone to work there. With this you will produce a total of 1245 daily groschens.
  • Build the Bakery with 4200 groschens and get 250 + 80 from the beehives that you have. That gives you 1575 daily groschens.
  • Build the Drying Shed upgrade from the Bakery for 500 groschens and get more 85 daily groschens, a total of 1660.
  • Build the Stables for 5000 groschens, then get 140 + 35 from the forge, and provides +120 for the Trader income. So you will get 1955 daily groschens.
  • Build the Saddler's Equipment upgrade from the Stable for 2000 Groschens and get more 70, then you will have a total of 2025 daily Groschens.
  • You will have wasted 33.200 Groschens to build that, but you will have a production of 2025 daily groschens, so you can just skip 17 days to recover all that money and more.

If you have less than 20k Groschens do this:
  • Build a Tavern with 8000 groschens and them start to get 205 daily groschens, instead of your previous -295.
  • Build the Brewery update of the Tarvern for more 2000 groschens, and the get 505 daily groschens.
  • With this, wait for some days until you have something like 15.000 groschens to spend.
  • Build the Beehives for just 1500 groschens and produce 100 groschens to the Tavern, but lose 60 daily from it. You will then get 545 daily groschens.
  • Then build a Forge for more 8000 groschens and produces more 500 daily groschens, you will produce 1045 daily groschens.
  • Build either upgrade for the forge for 2000 groschens, you can choose whatever you like the most, as said earlier you will choose the one you want to bring someone to work there. With this, you will produce a total of 1245 daily groschens.
  • From here you can wait a little while again until you have something like 15,000 groschens to spend again.
  • You will have wasted something like 33.200 Groschens to build that, but you will have a production of 2025 daily groschens, so you can just skip 17 days to recover all that money and more.

And if you have no money at all, I advise you to be careful, try to build at least the Tavern to stop losing money every day or if you don't have 8000 groschens for that, try starting with the Bakery:
  • With 4200 groschens build the Bakery, from this you gain 250 daily groschens, your -295 income will become -45.
  • With more 500 groschens upgrade your Bakery with Drying Shed, and produce more 85 daily Grochens.
  • With just 4700 Groschens you already win 40 daily Grochens.
  • If can build a Beehive with 1500 Groschens, and then win more 80 daily Groschens, but you lose 60 from the beehive, so you end up with a daily income of 60 daily Grochens.
  • With this you can sleep some nights to farm some money already. Then try to rush to the Tavern as soon as possible, because The Tavern with the Beehives and the Bakery will already give you 620 daily Groschens for the price of 8000 Groschen.
  • If you add more 3000 Groschens to the Tavern, you will have more 500 daily Grochens, summing up a total of 1180 daily Grochens.
  • At this point you can farm Groschens as much as you want, and then continue to build your Town.
Finishing your Town
After you have a daily income of 2045 or more Groschens, you can do 2 things:

1. Skip some days for a while, until you got 80k~100k Groschens, with that you can do all the upgrades needed and still have 30k~60k Groschens left for you to be a rich boy.
2. FINALLY upgrade your Rathaus, the city hall, with the first upgrade you will lose more groschens daily, but you will still be positive overall, and you will have a place to sleep and your global chest with all your things. With the second Rathaus upgrade, you gain a bigger house with the possibility of having your own Alchemy Table and Herb's Garden! After that you can upgrade the Church to complete the DLC, this church does nothing but increases the happiness of its citizens and costs you 300 daily Groschens.

Now you just have to speak with Sir Davish again to finish the quest, he will congratulate you and you will continue to be the Bailiff of Pribyslavitz, have your home and win some good money every day!!!

Getting help
Something really cool that you can do in From the Ashes is going and find some specialist to work and help you on your town, they are some of the main story characters. Do you need a good Swordsmith for your new Village? Go to Sassau and speak with that Fink guy and ask him for some help, he might accept and go to your Town and give you some bonuses. A random swordsmith NPC will replace him at Sasau Swordsmith place.

Those are some of the Characters that we could find:

Character
Where
Description
Kunnesh
Skalitz refugee in Rattay streets
He makes the woodcutters a bit cheaper
Matthew and Fritz
At the Inn in the Glade
After completing several quests some players managed to get them moving to Pribyslavitz during the main quest
Adam
At the Tavern in Rattay
Adam is the old inkeeper son from skalitz, with a sidequest you will end up finding him at the pub in rattay. After finishing all sidequests with Adam, he will be honored to be your innkeeper
Andrew
Inn in the east of the map
Andrew is the innkeeper at some inn in the east of the map. I didn't build a really good social band with him but he immediately declined my offer
Kornelius
Skalitz refugee in Rattay streets
He adds 75g/d to the Trader building and you can unlock him once you've completed Aquarius
Fink
Swordsmith from Sasau
You can unlock him after he completes Sheba's sword - alternatively 1 of the 2 Sasau armorers if you choose the Armory improvement to your blacksmith. He adds 60g a day
Mark
Groom at the Neuhof stable
You can get him by convincing Zora or paying her. Also think you can get him for free if you complete the racing quest
Mirka
The mill outside Merhojed
Mirka first appeared during the My Friend Timmy quest. You can ask her to be the maid for your Pub
Zach
Armour smith closest to the Sasau monastery
After you finished the sidequest "Rattled" (wich can only be triggered during the main quest "All that Glisters"). If you chose the side of Zach during the sidequest, you will get the option to ask Zach to be his armour smith
Master Ota

Master Huntsman Nicholas
On a hill in Talmberg
After finishing the sidequest "Hare Hunt" you will take Nicholas title as master huntsman of Talmberg. Since he is no longer master, he will be your huntsman in Pribyslavitz. If you don't or can't complete the quest he will tell you that he can't help you because he is already master of Talmberg and it will be a huge step down for his title
Konrad Hagen
Shop trader in the city square of Rattay
He is not interested to be your trader and tells you to find someone else
Raspberry
South west of "the inn in the glade"
He gives a 40g bonus to the camp. He'll join up with no problem
Vashek
Uzhitz Stable
Vashek was a citizen of Uzhitz who worked at for the Horse Trader. You can ask him to work in the stables

If you know more characters that we can call, please leave that in the comments and I will add here and add credits to you!

Last tips
There are some other things you can do to help your town:

  • Everyday there will be a quest under the Big Tree in the middle of your Town, it always will be some mess you will have to judge and decide something, I think this can affect a little in your income and the happiness of the people, but don't know how much.
  • You can steal something from your town chests, like the stable chest with some horse equipment, and the forge chest with weapons, all chests have groschens to, but if you steal them you can't sell anything to the traders there. But if I were you I won't steal from your citizens, I came from Brazil, and here all politicians steal from the people, just look for Operation Car Wash on Google, so I hate that.
  • You can skip your days by 2 ways, like I saw on Reddit, u/DylMyers246 said that you can go to another town and punch some guard, then you will be in prison for some days, this is a fast way but you lose reputation on this town, the other way is to simply skip 24 hours with the Time Skip, this take much more of your time, as you can only skip 1 day at time, but you don't lose any reputation. By the way, it takes ~30 seconds to skip 1 day with Time Skip.

If you have any Tips, please feel free to comment down there and I will sure add your name as a Contributor to this Guide!
That's all folks!
That's it!
I honestly found it very easy to complete this DLC, I do not know if it was because I've already had many Groschens before I started, but I managed to finish the day I threw it with only 5 hours playing.
I had a lot of fun this time but I sincerely expected something more too, a few more hours at least playing a game that took 120 hours to complete.

I hope you have enjoyed my guide, it is the first time that I try something like that on Steam so any improvement or suggestion you have I ask to please to put in the comments that I guarantee I will read and improve my guide!

If you also have some data that would be nice to add here or some tips also help me by commenting down there that I'm sure I will add to the guide and cite your name as a contributor!

Thank you and (apologies for my bad English) bye!

Also: Can someone count how many time I've written "Groschens". Thanks!

Small tip for people who are doing this upon being right before you end the game, and have a lot of overpowered gear and pretty much cant die.

Just fast travel around alot and wait to get ambushed, then get off your horse, crouch down and sneak kill the people trying to ambush you, steal their gear, sell it and boom invest that into pribyslavitz. Thats how I did it atleast, I built a town off of the bodies of atleast 20 bandits and 20+ dead cumans, fair trade I would say.
