I Finaly made it playable. i have been working on this mod for an insanly long time. fixing one bug creating another.
but it is finaly playable.

you can find a book in riverwood called provocative tome. this will teach you the greenish anger lesser power.
as far as i know there is no way to transform back(i am working on that) and you need to make sure you have no weapons/spells/etc. equiped when you transform.
