go to : ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\440\1428907188
-and copy plr_highertower_extended

then go to ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\maps
-and paste the map


Now , u can create a off-line server with this map
(or with the console : map plr_highertower_extended )
