Survivor Notes

Description
Allows survivors to take notes of their experiences and share them with others. Reading notes provides exp multipliers depending on the author's skill levels. This is intended to be a multiplayer catch up mechanic.

Craft skill notes with notebooks/journals and pencils/pens.
Reading notes will provide exp multipliers, with additional multipliers should the author read his own notes with a new character.
To prevent exploiting, characters cannot craft high level notes right away. Maximum note level depends on the character's time survived.

Also, it doesnt work. I am able to create, but when I try to use it I get a runtime exception error. May not be compatible with something else. Tried it on DeadPixels. Maybe issues with Hydrocraft?

Found an issue. If you have created the journal and leave it on the ground you can keep making notes off of it without using it up.

Are these one time use only? In MP I read one and it turns into scribbled pages.
