"Internet Driver SF Lightbar Red/Blue" -> Red/Blue Lightbar.
"Internet Driver SF Lightbar Blue" -> Blue Lightbar.
"Internet Driver SF Lightbar Amber/White" -> Amber/White Lightbar.

No, these aren't vehicles, they're components. You turn them into vehicles. No, they won't work without Photon.

So, you need to create your own Photon vehicle to use this. These are auto-components, which don't do anything on their own.
