Hellion and Plague Doctor - No Stun Limit

Description
With the newest update, Red Hook added a battle limit to the Hellion and Plague Doctor's stun skills. This mod simply removes that limit. I decided to keep the stun nerf that was part of the update.

Would also like to see No Heal limit on Flagellant - cuz he sucks now, you cant solo run

Thank you for doing this. Now I just need a few more mods to fix antiquarian and flagellants skills and remove the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ accuracy changes and the game is fun again.

Can you make a mod which removes the limits from the antiquarian and flagellant as well?
