The Ashikaga Strikes Back [Vanilla]

Description
[Vanilla] means this mod is for use with Shogun 2: Total War's Sengoku Jidai campaign.

This mod tweaks the Ashikaga clan in vanilla shogun 2. It makes the following changes:

Vanilla / no mod:

Agent Distribution: defensive
Agent Recruitment: metsuke heavy
Construction Policy: civil
Aggressiveness: very low
Reliability: normal

With Tweak Enabled:

Agent Distribution: standard
Agent Recruitment: standard
Construction Policy: economic
Aggressiveness: low
Reliability: high

The change to aggressiveness is key. When a clan is set to very low, its armies won't leave its territories even when an adjoining province is ripe for the taking. This change means the Ashikaga will move beyond it's own borders (and through the land of allies) to attack!

In addition, the clan's reliability (as an ally) has changed from normal to very high.

This combination makes the Ashikaga a viable alliance (in contravention of history, certainly, but who cares?). They will respond when called to war and will attack and even take adjoining provinces held by their enemies. Their armies are substantial and more Samurai heavy than other AI clans in the early game. This can lead to an Ashikaga that holds more than Kyoto, and increases the stakes in the diplomacy game; they're not a clan you want to go to war with until you are ready. In the first screenshot, above, the Ashikaga ended up owning Omi province, former home of the Asai clan.

The other tweaks should make it recruit a broader variety of agents and construct more economically oriented buildings - not that the latter will matter all that much, since the clan gets free unit spawns and starts with fully upgraded farmland.

.

Deathy's workshop mods were inspiration for this mod.

KNOWN ISSUES:

At low aggressiveness, the Ashikaga should be relatively peaceable, but will leave its territories if it is at war with a neighbour. If the Ashikaga does start to declare wars left right and center, please let me know. I didn't playtest for the full length of a game.

The Ashikaga may end up owning multiple provinces as a result of this mod. Could be awesome.

The Hatano start out allied with the Ashikaga (!!).

The screenshots shown are from two different battles.
